What SpotMyMap is
- A digital visibility map where brands, creators and communities can claim a visual presence tied to a country or region.
- A placement is digital visibility on the public map - a listing and a current painted share inside a country. Not land, property, equity, securities, or a return.
- Your listing stays on the map and in its history. The painted share can shrink when others place more in the same country.
- Your contribution determines proportional visibility in the selected country. Boundaries are dynamically rendered and may shrink or move as new placements are added. Your selected anchor remains associated with your active placement. Extremely small proportional placements may appear as markers at some zoom levels; that is a rendering rule, not a reduction of what you paid for.
- SpotMyMap is an independently built beta. Placement boundaries and geographic borders are generated for visualization and may contain simplifications or temporary errors. Geographic boundaries do not imply official recognition or a political position. Names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Payments and charity
Live charges use a payment provider. Map activation waits on a signed webhook, not the success page alone.

- Your placement remains visible on SpotMyMap while your payment remains valid and unsettled chargebacks or unpaid disputes do not apply. If a payment is refunded, reversed, or successfully disputed, we may suspend or remove the placement from the live map without restoring map share.
- The contribution amount shown at checkout is the map price. Processing fees are not added as a buyer surcharge; SpotMyMap absorbs them. Currency at launch is EUR.
Placements and content
- You must have the rights to the name, logo and links you submit. You grant SpotMyMap a non-exclusive licence to host, display and resize that material on the map and related pages.
- Preferred area rings and coordinates are approximate. Exact positions are not guaranteed; earlier placements may keep priority nearby when the live rules say so.
- Content must follow the on-site rules - no illegal goods, hate, harassment, scams, graphic abuse, or misleading financial claims. We may remove or refuse listings that break the rules, with or without a refund policy that will be stated at paid checkout. See Content rules.
Charity share
Charity = 25% of completed placement revenue excluding VAT, refunds, chargebacks, and payment-processing fees. Hosting, opex, and salary are not deducted before that 25%. A placement is not a tax-deductible donation. SpotMyMap is not itself a charity. Transfers follow the 25% rule only after paid placements complete. Cause selection and public totals will be described on the charity page when donations begin - demo UI never claims money is already donated.
No investment promise
Nothing on SpotMyMap is an offer of securities, profit share, land title, or guaranteed return. Past or preview layouts do not predict future visibility.
Withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw within 14 days of the contract. SpotMyMap does not use a digital-download waiver for this product. Use the complaints form or email support@spotmymap.com. These pages describe how the service works today. They are not legal advice.
Send a written request via Complaints. We do not add an "all sales final" or digital-download waiver for this service.
Liability
The service is provided as-is during early development. To the fullest extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on demo map data. Mandatory consumer rights in your country still apply where they cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product matures. Continued use after the updated date at the top means you accept the revised terms for ongoing demo use. Paid checkout will show the then-current terms before you pay.
